Once you have successfully received your visa our counselors will invite both yourself and your parents to our office to discuss what lies ahead in your study abroad journey
We will assist you in all your travel arrangements, including booking your flights and locating suitable accommodation for when you arrive. We will also brief you step-by-step on formalities required when you arrive, including everything from course registration to obtaining a Social Security card.
The primary purpose of our pre-departure briefing is to prepare you for your new life/journey while studying abroad and to help you adapt to the academic, social, and cultural differences you will experience while studying abroad.
Our counselors will make sure you are fully prepared, confident, and comfortable leaving to study abroad.
